Chairman Duan of Stone Group Holdings Limited, accompanying by the key management of Stone Resources Limited (“Stone Resource”), Mr. Lu Fang and Mr Shuai Kaiye, met Mr. Mapuri, the ambassador of Tanzania in China and his secretary Mrs. Mapilda S. Masuka in the evening of 23 October 2007

During the meeting, Chairman Duan introduced the general condition of the Company and the development strategies of Stone Resource in Tanzania in the future to Mr. Mapuri, and also hoped the Government of Tanzania could give support during the development process.

Mr. Mapuri expressed that they extremely welcomed Stone Resources to develop their business in Tanzania, and introduced several exploration modes in Tanzania and made their suggestions. He also expressed, the gold, diamond mines had already been held by many entities from Western countries, but there are still many other metal mines not being explored. Therefore, there are still many opportunities for Stone Resource to develop their exploration business in Tanzania.

Finally, Mr. Mapuri hoped Stone Resources could develop their exploration business, at the same time, also could foster the friendship between Tanzania and China and also the economic development in Tanzania.
