Through its unified mobile value-added service platform and nationwide customer service system, it provides entertainment services to the public users and mobile information solutions to corporate users of China.   Provides nearly a hundred entertainment businesses to public mobile phone users and, through mobile value-added services, provides corporate informational solutions to its institutional users, with business spanning across various types of platforms, namely SMS\WAP\MMS\IVR.
