Mr. DUAN Yongji, appointed in March 1992, is an Executive Director and the Chairman of Stone Group Holdings Limited (the “Company”, together with its subsidiaries, the “Group”). And temporarily acted as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company from 1 March, 2007. Mr. Duan is also the nation commissar of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and vice chairman of the All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce. Mr. Duan graduated from Tsinghua University and was a research student of Beijing Aeronautic College. He held a senior position at Chinese Aeronautical Research 621 Laboratory from 1982 until 1984. Mr. Duan has acquired “ the Excellent Industrialist of Science and Technology of Private Enterprises” 、“ the Outstanding Entrepreneurs of Science & Technology” 、“the Genius of Chinese Enterprises” for many times. In 2000, he was acclaimed “2000 Bauhinia Cup Outstanding Entrepreneur Awards”. Mr. Duan was also the director of Beijing Centergate Technologies (Holding) Co., Ltd from 1999 to 2007 and acted as an associate director and the vice president of SINA Corporation in sequence from 2003 to 2008.

Mr. ZHANG Disheng, appointed in May 2003, is an Executive Director of the Company and the President of Beijing Stone New Technology Industrial Company Limited (“Beijing New Technology”), a subsidiary of the Group, and is also the President of Beijing Stone Investment Co., Ltd. Mr. Zhang graduated from Beijing Economics College and obtained a Master degree from Ryulsu Kaizai University, Japan. Mr. Zhang held a senior position in Beijing Economics College Economic Technology Development Company, a company under Beijing Economics College prior to joining the Group. Mr. Zhang is responsible for the business management of the Group

Ms. LIU Wei, appointed in March 2004, is an Executive Director of the Company and the General Manager of Shanghai GoldPartner Biotech Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the Group. Ms. Liu was the general manager of Shanghai Giant Biotech Co., Ltd. prior to joining the Group.

Mr. LIU Yong, is the Vice President of Beijing New Technology and Stone Investment. Mr. Liu graduated from Shannxi Engineering College and held a senior position in Wuhan Engineering Research Center prior to joining the Group. Mr. Liu is responsible for the printer business of the Group.

Mr. PAN Qi, is the Vice President of Beijing New Technology and Stone Investment. Mr. Pan graduated from Postal and Telecommunication University of Beijing. Mr. Pan held a senior position in an electronic instrument plant in Beijing prior to joining the Group. Mr. Pan is responsible for the industrial controllers business of the Group

Mr. LU Fang, is the Vice President of Beijing New Technology and Stone Investment. Mr. Lu graduated from Aeronautic and Aerospace University of Beijing. Mr. Lu held a senior position in 北京航空材料研究所 (Beijing Aeronautical Materials Research Laboratory) prior to joining the Group. Mr. Liu is responsible for the electronic commercial product business of the Group.
